In our experience, a typical tenant representation project requires an iterative five phase process. We will explore and define your goals with a project kickoff meeting, and begin the site search and option refinement. We will coordinate proposals, evaluate total project costs for each space and prepare recommendations. Following your feedback, we will negotiate comprehensive letter of intent and eventually work with your legal team to negotiate the lease. As the lease is being negotiated, we can also seamlessly provide additional project management services and lead the design/bid process, negotiate construction contracts, oversee the schedule, and manage the project budget during the build phase to ensure a smooth transition to your new space.
