Lifelong Wealth Advisors Project Wins Award for Best Office

We are thrilled to announce that our Lifelong Wealth Advisors office project has won the Best Office award from the Minnesota Real Estate Journals! 

We couldn't have achieved this without the incredible partnership and collaboration with our amazing partners, Carlson-LaVine Construction and U+B Architecture & Design. From start to finish, we worked together seamlessly to create a space that truly reflects the vision and values of Lifelong Wealth Advisors.

The award-winning office provides more space efficiency with large executive offices, support offices, conference and huddle rooms, break room, reception area, production room, and even a recreation area (featuring a golf simulator) for employees and guests.

Desiring a location in the Northeast suburbs and a place they could personalize, an Arden Hills out-lot at 1150 County Road E was selected following a comprehensive search by Element. Element led the development of the project, which included selection of the design team, U+B Architects, and contractor, Carlson-Lavine Construction.
