We recently helped a client assemble the right team and create their dream building and location. Lifelong Wealth Advisors, a growing Twin Cities wealth management firm, teamed up with Element for assistance in the site selection, acquisition, and development of a new long-term home.
Back in 2020, Element reviewed their existing Minneapolis space and worked with the Lifelong team to finalize their new location and requirements. Desiring a location in the Northeast suburbs and a place they could personalize, an Arden Hills outlot at 1150 County Road E was selected following a comprehensive search by Element. Element led the development of the project, which included selection of the design team, U+B Architects, and contractor, Carlson-Lavine Construction. The project was completed last Spring and Lifelong opened their doors shortly thereafter.
Completed in 2022, the new building provides more space efficiency with large executive offices, conference and huddle rooms, reception area, production room, and a state-of-the-art recreation room featuring a golf simulator. The welcoming space features plenty of natural light and an inviting environment for employees and guests.
