At Element, Tricia leads the firm’s marketing efforts, overseeing branding, campaigns, and collateral for leasing and development projects. Her background in architecture and construction marketing gives her a comprehensive understanding of the built environment, translating complex projects into stories that connect with people and place. Tricia’s approach is defined by collaboration, curiosity, and creativity, from refining visual identity to capturing the human side of real estate through compelling narratives and thoughtful design. A graduate of ULI’s Real Estate Diversity Initiative program, she brings both industry insight and inclusivity to her work.
