Kevin Kuppe

Co-Founder & Principal

A natural maker and systems thinker, Kevin brings technical precision and creative problem-solving to every project. His approach to project management is defined by collaboration, foresight, and follow-through, balancing complex timelines, budgets, and design goals to bring bold ideas to life.

Kevin’s experience spans the full spectrum of real estate—from site selection and feasibility studies to adaptive reuse and historic tax credit rehabilitation—with a focus on transforming underperforming and historic buildings into thriving community assets. Among his notable achievements are the Lowry Morrison Block, Lakeland Floral Building, Prince Street Building, and Lifelong Wealth Advisors Headquarters, each recognized for design excellence and community impact.

Passionate about sustainability and craftsmanship, Kevin has also personally restored historic homes, applying the same care and ingenuity that define his professional work. Outside the office, you’ll find him exploring new terrain—whether hiking, biking, canoeing, snowboarding, or taking names on the pickleball court.
