With a degree in Economics and prior experience working as a capital markets analyst, Chris has been responsible for underwriting multi-family and mixed-use opportunities across the upper Midwest. His valuations consisted of financial analysis and operational recommendations, while clients ranged from local private developers to large public institutions. Chris's experience transcends market-rate and affordable properties, culminating in over $500M in commercial valuations. As Element's Development Associate, Chris works directly with our Director of Development, providing essential support across the many stages of the development process, from initial due diligence through construction and financing closeout.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering, exercising, and reading.
