Tricia Hanson Joins Element as the Team's Marketing Associate

Embracing both the creative and detail-oriented side of projects, Tricia has worked in many areas of business administration ranging from accounting and project billing to marketing and business development. With previous experience working in two differently positioned architecture firms and a niche construction company, she continually brings her expertise toward market research, content development, and branding. She is eager to continue growing professionally in the building industry and help shape the development of the twin cities.

Outside of the office, you can find Tricia biking, running, paddle boarding, playing volleyball, or watching live music with a local beer in hand. Welcome Tricia!
