Element's work with Springboard for the Arts began with a site search, initial feasibility analysis, and real estate development strategy as the organization focused on expanding their offices and programming. In 2018, Springboard acquired what was once a former used car building and lot and has since transformed it into a vibrant office/gallery space that will serve as a community hub, event space, and allow for new market opportunities.
The dynamic community-based organization will be celebrating its new space with public art installations, the community hall, outdoor green space and rain garden, and artist-led activities.
