Element Helps Move Lifelong Wealth Advisors to New Building in Arden Hills

Desiring a long-term home, Lifelong Wealth Advisors teamed up with Element to assist in the search, acquisition, and development of a new home in the suburbs suitable for its employees and clientele. Lifelong Wealth Advisors serves individuals, families, and business owners across the upper Midwest, providing guidance on wealth management solutions.

Element reviewed their existing space and worked with the team to finalize their new location and space needs. Key requirements included locating toward the Northeast suburbs and a place they could personalize. The greenfield site was located in Arden Hills as part of PUD, which includes other retail and services businesses at 1150 Co Rd. E, Arden Hills. The new building is to provide more space efficiency with large executive offices, support offices, conference and huddle rooms, break room, reception area, production room, and even a recreation area for employees and guests.

In addition to representing Lifelong Wealth Advisors in their acquisition of the site, Element is also leading the development of the project, including design team and contractor selection, and are currently providing project management to assure the final space meets all Lifelong Wealth’s requirements. The project is anticipated to be complete in early 2022.

Other project partners include U+B Architects and Carlson Lavine Construction.
