Construction Begins at the Lakeland Floral Building

Lakeland Floral is located in the heart of the Warehouse District, arguably Minneapolis' most energetic and vibrant neighborhood. Over the past several years, the Warehouse District has been targeted for a major revitalization, and is now bustling with endless dining, shopping and entertainment options. It boasts 20+ restaurants/bars, another 20+ retail shops, 5 breweries, 10 performing arts theaters, and countless creative businesses. Additionally, it is home to Target Center, Target Field, Minneapolis Public Library and the upcoming Four Seasons Hotel. Its close proximity to the light rail makes it an accessible destination from all directions.

We are very excited to announce construction has officially started! Once complete, this historic rehabilitation will feature 4 stories of beautifully restored retail & office space each with 17 -19' clear ceilings, oversized windows and abundant natural light. The brick and concrete building will feature two elevators, floor to floor sound separation, skylights, historic light wells, surface parking, showers on-site, and bike storage. Basement storage and parking contracts are also available for tenants.
