City of Minneapolis Releases Upper Harbor Terminal Coordinated Plan for Public Comment

Working over a year with the Collaborative Planning Committee, we have had the privilege to contribute to the Upper Harbor Terminal vision alongside individuals who are committed to creating equitable development that benefits North Minneapolis.

"This is an opportunity that we can create some actual change within north Minneapolis and create some really good opportunities," Markella Smith, co-chair of the city-appointed committee that helped develop the plan.
